Returns & Refund

If you are not satisfied with your order and wish to return an item, please contact us at info@yimy.co.uk mentioning your order number.
You may send it back to us for an exchange or refund. The items must be received within 10 days of the delivery date.
All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, unmodified, undamaged, containing the original tags attached and be returned in its original packaging.
Once we’ve received the item back and approved it, we will refund you through your original method of payment.

Please not, any postage costs are non-refundable and returns postage will be at the customers cost, we recommend you use a tracked service with insurance when sending items back to YIMY cashmere as we cannot take responsibility for returns lost in transit.
